, Company Name ; Nair Matrimony, Membership id; NAR1147178, Transaction id;[protected], Date; 6/8/2021, amount; Rs5782, I had paid the amount to a matrimony agency on 6/8/2021 but they did not upgrade the service I calls them many times regarding the issue but still now they did not resolve the issue and they are not responding properly so I wants to file a grievance against them and needs to get refund amount or needs service to be upgraded as soon as possible.

Transaction number[protected] for Rs5074 by SBI Debit card x2539 done at PU00031 on02 july22 at 20:25:26 hours.
Upgrade not yet done customer care contacted immediately, email sent to the help desk with above details screen shot of transaction as per the customer care instruction. But no upgrade has done till now, no refund no reply. Please do the needful.
