Nair Matrimony — Rude behaviour from the Representative

Worst behaviour I ever experienced from a representative. My parents created an account for me, in this ### app, This representative called several time to my mother's number after I just created an account regarding payment details, my mom stated that will decide with me and will let her know and this rep asked for my phn number and she pinged me I gave her reply in a very polite manner stating that I have not decided yet, will let them know once I confirm she replied ok but she still again messaged my mom telling that Is that really your daughter's nmbr? Your daughter don't know anything about this payment details. (Seriously what this rep thinks? My mom a fool to give someone else number?? )She sent a voice message and she sounds like she is questioning my mom that is when I got triggered, I called her with an intention to make her clear regarding the payment that we are not paying now. but her response was too rude/ she never listened what I am trying to say instead she was speaking continously shouting mentioning my mom told her that we will pay the amount it seems, when I asked her name she said ( sowkaryam illa parayaan), and when i tried to explain that my mom never told that we will do the payment, this rep said that (Ath njangale baadhikkuna karyam alla) The whole conversation from her side was triggering and she disconnected in middle of conv and blocked my number, later an another staff called and enquired the issue and appologized, which she never did, worst CUSTOMER service from Nair Matrimony. Shame on you guys for not even having basic manners or for nor knowing how to deal with CUSTOMERs/clients. I suggest not to register on this ### platform.
