I submitted a Hospitalisation and Domiciliary Hospitalisation Benefit Policy claim form at Paramount Health Services (TPA) Kolkata office on dated 23/10/2015 for a total amount of Rs24, 624.48paise only for my daughter Ms Piyasha Nath (underwent surgery)along with all relevant original money receipts, bills and other paid up documents as required by your organisation to settle the medical claim full and finally.
The office of Paramount (TPA)released an amount of Rs9068 only into my bank account on 07/11/2015 against total claim without any clarification or hearing.
I am a helpless widow with no source of income. Kindly help.
