National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — not getting the subsidy since last month

Dear sir / madam,

From last month i have stopped getting my lpg (Lpg id - 1 [protected]) subsidy (Amount - rs. 246) in my linked bank account. I have checked with the dealer and as per their record my sbi bank account details are showing, but when i am logging into my lpg portal it's showing axis bank details are showing. Please look in the below screen-shot for more details.

I have also checked with axis bank and as per their record my adhaar details are already update. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the same asap.

Updated by Partha Pal I have also contacted with bharat gas but they only promised to give a call back along with a docket number but after that no action has been taken on the same. Really horrible.
