Pfrda — ENPS Pending Registration - Not Working

My Acknowledgement Number is 11009564 and the Acknowledgement Date is 12/01/2016. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 3-4 days. I have registered a case at Grievance Redressal Cell of PFRDA (Acknowledgement Number :[protected] but the issue HAS NOT BEEN resolved yet.

My grievance has not been read correctly.
PRAN number is NOT generated yet because initial payment has not been made. I am unable to complete the Pending Registration as I am getting the error as described.
No PRAN number, IPIN or TPIN has been allotted to me.

was your issue resolved. I am facing the same problem. Who is the contact person in NSDL.
I am finding it difficult to reach them.

Receiver PRAN No and I made another payment of Rs 10000 but still it is showing pending in status.
Kindly check what is the issue

How this issue is finally resolved ? Can we not use icici debit card ?

My Acknowledgement number is 11075032 and Acknowledge Date is 18-MAY-2016 and am getting the same error: "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."
How to resolve this. When I try to submit a new application, it says This AADHAR number has pending transaction.
How to resolve this issue. If anyone resolved this issue, please post how to solve.

I just tried calling the NPS number[protected] provided on the website https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/contact-us.php. When the operator picked up, he connected me to the PRAN department. The call centre person in PRAN department said that I need to wait for 2 to 3 days for the payment gateway to drop my request. Hope that it works after 2 to 3 days.
