NavGujarat Samay (TimesGroup) — Not received the nav gujarat samay paper from the date of subscription

I have subscribe for nav Gujarat samay on 07/01/2014 with an amount of Rs.99. I was registered with Amin bhai himani And my customer Id. 32633884. I have not received any newspaper till date. My renewal date is 25/09/2014. I have contact to customer care of nav Gujarat samay and lodge a complaint and I have called dharmesh many times but he had not received the call . I have requested that I have not received any newspaper till date so start the newspaper at an earliest and I am not going to renew on 25/09/2014 as I have not received any newspaper so whenever newspaper will start the period of 5 month will be count from that date only. My distributor name is Faruk. I have asked many times about the newspaper but he told that a list from navgujarat samay does not bear your name and I Have also receive the coupons late and so I have submitted to him late. contact no.
