Nbe — Refund payment

I applied for fmge dec 2020 on 10 oct 2020 . meri first transaction season failed ka error aagye or mere account se payment deduct ho gyi and second transaction accept ho gyi . jb mein nbe ko complain kiya they said send both transaction id mene send kr di then they said on 21 oct tht they will pay my payment in one weak but today 17 nov 2020 and i havent get it . mein daily mail krta but they dont even reply it . its not a small amount its Rs 6490 .
