Neptune Developers approached us and said they would develop a website for our company. They said the UI would be great and the website would be responsive. They kept asking for money during the course of the project, which we paid since they said an investment was involved for developing all this. However, after what seemed like an eternity, endless follow ups and arguments, they have given us a sub standard website which regularly crashes despite them having claimed they've given us loads of server space
