Nestaway — Nestaway/Property Owner has not refunded my Security deposit even after vacating the property.

I have vacated the NestAway Property on 25th March mention in rental agreement. Till date, my security deposit was not refunded by NesAway/Property Owner. Attached is the invoice. I tried to reach NestAway customer care and raised complaints but no response.

I would request NestAway/Property Owner to refund my security deposit. Attached are the rental agreement and Invoice of my security deposit.

CC_[protected] Complaint raised with NestAway customer care on 10th Jul, 21. Customer care has accepted Nestaway has to refund my deposit money..Customer care informed me they would take it back end teams for resolution. Waiting for next step from Nest Away.

Hello Naveen,

If Nestaway has deposited the money in house owner account, share the bank transaction to all. I am sure it takes only 1 or 2 days to pull records. Then onus will be on house owner.

If you are not responding to the above then Nestaway need to own the responsibility and refund the deposit money to all.

I am facing this issues with Nestaway from Mar 2021 and till now there was no resolution or action. You need to act now. Get us the refund ASAP.

We have not collected Security Deposits from any of the clients at the time of giving the Apartments. Nestaway has collected Security Deposit from all of them, and it is Nestaway’s responsibility to return the SD back to the Clients.
