Hello,
I moved in through Nestaway and from day 1. I am facing some or other problem.
1) I was not informed by the Area Manager about MoveIn and MoveOut charges payable to society before booking the house. Still, I paid the amount.
2) After paying move-in charges, I was not given my society pass as a previous tenant some move-out formalities were remaining. I was not allowed to use society's amenities.
3) My room's window was broken and the light was not fixed, It took nest away almost 45 days to get the issues resolved.
4) He sends visits without informing us and if I and the other flatmate are not at home, he has the audacity to unlock the flat and our rooms for visits without informing us.
5) Now, he is asking me to shift to another room, and if I do not shift he is saying I have to vacant the house and he will not give any accommodation. I have to see a new house on my own,
