I have contracted my house with Nestaway. One of the tenants they got on my property has not paid rent for over 18 months. He has been a tenant for two year's and has not paid rent for majority of the time. The tenant is also causing a lot of nuisance on the property and damaging the house. This has caused significant financial strain on me.
Per our contractual agreement, Nestaway is obligated to take appropriate legal action against the tenant on my behalf in the event of a default in the payment of rent or other dues. Additionally, Nestaway is expected to accept and respond to any notices from tenants, serve tenancy termination and eviction notices when necessary.
Regrettably, despite having escalated the tenant's non-payment and inappropriate behavior issues, I have seen no action from Nestaway. I was informed that an eviction notice would be served, but to date, I have not received any copy of such a notice.
Furthermore, I have been telling the team that the tenant has been making threats of self-harm, causing me immense stress and worry. In addition to the emotional toll, the property has been damaged, adding to the already substantial financial burden.
I have been sending so many emails but have not got any response.
I have reached out to Nestaway staff multiple times seeking assistance, but regrettably, no one has responded or taken any meaningful action to address this urgent matter. This lack of response and accountability is deeply disappointing and contrary to the service standards Nestaway claims to uphold.
