This is sad that i have to go to this extent where i am highlighting my concerns/complaints over social media as i tried my best to get direct help from nestaway’s app and customer care but with no success.
This is the era where big companies like nestaway talk about customer satisfaction and give assurances but when it actually comes to fulfilling them, no one even bothers to do anything about it but just sympathize.
I reached out to nestaway with hopes to get a nice apartment (Not fancy but enough for me). A place i could call my home. But the area manager (Mohammed zabi ulla – [protected]@nestaway.com / [protected] and neha rajput – neha. [protected]@nestaway.com) in hbr layout destroyed that thought/feeling piece by piece. It is sad how few employees can actually bring down the rapport of a multi-national company. I have been tricked by these managers since the beginning, where i was made to pay the token amount to block the place with hopes of getting a discount on the rent, security and nestaway one-time charges.
I finally booked champaka nest (Nest id – 6674) with hopes of being able to shift on 29 feb 2020. But, little did i know that the area managers are just buying time to put be in a situation where i can’t even take back my money or look anywhere else. Neither did i get any promised discount nor was i been give any correct information. I was supposed to shift on 29 feb 2020 but because of this delay, i had to make the full payment (Without discount) on the last day, 27 feb 2020, provided by nestaway (I would lose the house and the token amount after that) and hence the move in date was shifted to 01 march 2020 (I had to arrange for a place for myself, my luggage and my cat for one night). Then again the managers promised me that the painting and the deep cleaning would be done by the next day and the house would be ready to move in for me on the given date. But nothing, as usual, was being done as promised and finally i had to bear the cancellation of packers and movers, paid extra for the one night stay and still after all this the house was not even ready on 1st march 2020. When i moved in to the new house, the painting and the basic cleaning (Not deep cleaning) was done in front of me. Talk about unprofessionalism and inhumane behavior.
This didn’t end here, because when i moved in, i noticed that nothing was fixed – broken bed, washing machine not in the working condition, washroom not accessible, water scarcity, main gate is broken (Literally. It fell on me when i tried to open it), the outside stairs are really dirty, have so many dirty stuff still kept in the house, sofas and chairs are not deep cleaned.
All i have been trying so far was a little assistance from the area managers and even the nestaway support but sadly after so many complaints no one has even bothered to contact me back.
Now, i put in my request here on social media with hopes of someone from nestaway helping me out here because i cannot stay in this house any longer and after facing so many issues since the last 2 weeks, i have given all hopes up of staying connected with nestaway. I would need my full refund of the money that i have paid nestaway so far – security deposit + nestaway onboarding charges = 46, 526 inr and token amount = 4, 200 inr.
