It started from September 2021, House owner comes to house and asks me, i need to vacate the house by December 2021.
I checked with Nestaway, they confirmed the house is still on Nestaway contract. Ticket No. #cc_08565863
For next three months owner was asking me when you are moving out, or was asking to transfer rent to him directly instead of Nestaway. I refused because Nestaway sending me rent request every month.
In End of November, Nestaway confirms me that I have to moveout or take internal transfer within 15 to 20 days. I could not find any suitable or clean property in Nestaway, so I opted Moveout on 23rd of December.
Nobody from Nestaway contacted me for moveout process or moveout inspection, it is still pending in my dashboard after 4 months.
In order to get deposit and prepaid rent back, I am following up with them for last 4 months, raised 9 tickets over last four months, all escalated to Max Level, But still no response.
This is really unfair treatment, I didn't have issue with house, But Nestaway and owner forced me to moveout. After forcing me out, they are releasing deposit.
What should I do?
