NET4 — Auth code not generated

I have requested for Auth code to transfer my domain but its more than 5 days No response on email, phone or sms. I raised helpdesk ticket no response, I called their number no response. hence raising here.

I had also paid for renewal of a domain in in July which is still not processed.
