Im netplus broadband customer. I've paid amount for my current netplus broadband account but still it's inactive. I have called customer care on 10 Jan 2023 at 6pm they checked my account and said that i have not paid bilI.I called them 5 times tomorrow and they repeat the same line that they have registered my complaint.11 jan 2023 1:49 automatic debit 185 rupees from my account to netplus bill pay but i already pay 2950 bill again cut of 185 rupees amount .I called netplus customer care service and she said you are not paying bill. I had also mail netplus regarding this problem they haven't replied. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
