Dear Netplus,
I am writing to request a bill waver for the period of time during which my broadband service was disrupted in my area of Chandigarh from December 17th to December 23rd (7 days) and again from December 26th to January 5th (10 days). I have already discontinued your service due to these disruptions. My customer ID is [protected] and my name is Lalit Kumar.
I previously lodge three complaint for a bill waver, but I am still being shown the full bill amount. The prolonged disruptions in service have caused significant inconvenience for me. I understand that these disruptions were beyond my control and I should not be held responsible for the charges that have accumulated during this time.
I therefore request that you waive my bill for the period of 14 days of December month during which the service was disrupted and provide me with the bill waver before the due date of January 13th so that I can clear out my remaining due or I cannot pay the full amount of Rs. 707 because your connection work almost for 15 days only in December and afterward it get disconnected from your side in my area almost for half of month and till now day of posting.
