Netplus Broadband — Netplus id not activated | |||||
Today i recharge my net plus broadband id no.[protected] with name shyam lal verma through google pay i paid amount rs 707.00 on 2 aug 2021 at 7.12 am with upi trans[protected] which was showing succesfully in favour of [protected]@icici but after paying my amount i wait for 15 minute and inform to customer care for updation they provide consent to get it resolve in 30 minutes after waiitng 2 hours again i call customer care they said it will resolve till 2 pm again no changes in my id inactive and i also mark mail to customer [protected]@netplus.Co.In but still no changes till 10.15pm kindly help to get it resolve my kids school live classes and me already waste my whole days, thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
