I paid my monthly bill of 825/- and then called to choose plan of 100 Mbps in 499 for which I had to Told to take 5+1 month recharge. I paid 2945/- to netplus for same on Feb, 01, 2023 bht it is not updated yet. Whenever I call them always gets a reply that i will be update in few minutes.
Please look into this matter. Their service is pathetic.
