network problem — regarding network issues

Dear sir... i m using my airtel sim card from past 5 years... but since from 4 months i m not getting good network facility from ur network. As i m staying in medical college hostel.in about 800 members... around 300 members are using airtel sim nd they all are facing the same problem.. i called to customer care centre many times. But i didn't got any solution for it.. just i will wait for 3 days after that i will put msg in our WhatsApp group nd all 300 members we will get port to another network.. definitely nd there is no doubt at all ... thank you.
