Dear sir... i m using my airtel sim card from past 5 years... but since from 4 months i m not getting good network facility from ur network. As i m staying in medical college hostel.in about 800 members... around 300 members are using airtel sim nd they all are facing the same problem.. i called to customer care centre many times. But i didn't got any solution for it.. just i will wait for 3 days after that i will put msg in our WhatsApp...

I am using idea network since year 2006 just three days back i swithced to reliance. who ever calls on my number the answer saying this not not in use or check the number or invalid number.
Plz update the problem i am a business men i am fed up why i swithced up to Reliance. I enquired in my circle every one say Reliance is worst telecom service provider why i swithced to Reliance.

I am residing in Harbour Quarters(Tuticorin port trust) considered as the industrial area and most busiest area of the district. Airtel network coverage is very worst in our area. If any notification we received in our mobile we have to ran to the street to reply for it. We lost our patience for using your network. Please take notice of this and take immediate steps to recover it....
