I was admitted at the hospital due to severe anaemia. My hb was less than 6. So i had to undergo blood transfusion as well. I came to know that i'm 6 weeks pregnant and i lost my baby due to anaemia. I am munindra kumar gupta, employee of l. I. C. Hathras district. I had my right eye catract operation by dr. Prakash in agra. I submitted all the operation related bills and copies at lic office to process my mediclaim.

I had take an overseas Mediclaim policy for travel to Spain from 10/01/2019 to 10/06/2019. But I had cancelled my trip and hence requested the insurance officer for a refund which was before even the starting date. I had submitted all the documents they asked for.

It has been 4 months and still the refund has not been processed. They don't reply to mails and give false excuses for the delay.

I want to re-add my mother's name now. But i am getting the below message when trying to re add her name.
