New India Insurance Company — certficate not given or claim settling Struggling for 20years

To Paharadar Respected Sir, Sub: Application for settling claim and issuance of certificate of Bhavishya Arogya dated 23/2/95 from New India insurance I am a Senior Citizen I have purchased a policy for sum assured 50000 on23/2/95 above scheme paying premium of rs 2903 dated 23/2/95 from most reputed insurance company I was not issued certificate I was to get benefit after retirement i.e. January 2009 On 23-Nov-2010 I incurred operation expenditure of around 5 Lac in Fortis hospital Mumbai for major operation I approached offices at Saife Building and Tirupati plaza at Surat with following documents copy 1. B OI Ch No 0066155 2. Receipt No 573968 Dated 24/2/95 3. Proposal Dated 24/2/95 Mr PanniGrahi and Mr Saxena other New India officer in top management personally knew Mr Desai who sold the policy but in vain I was not given benefit for hard earn money spent on the contrary put on acid test I am a cheater A. I was told to produce 15 year old passbook as a proof that I paid to new India will be resolved immediately Fortunately I could get BOI pass book They were surprised when I produced 15 yr old pass book They told except me every body was sent back as passbook not produced ? B. I was asked to produce original receipt Knowing very for getting tax benefit original receipt attached with tax return Above entry is in my tax return and got rebate I was told submit all documents and they will issue certificate It will take time as the scheme is closed now I find the scheme again started My friend in Baroda went to HO at Baroda as suggested by Surat office despite my best effort trying at Surat and Baroda 5years I could not get the certificate I lost hope and energy to claim I found Paharadar is helping customer to get their right I am writing to you I requested to take up the matter with new India to issue certificate
