I have purchased a policy for sum assured 50000 on23/2/95 above scheme paying premium of rs 2903 dated 23/2/95 from most reputed insurance company

When my phone was stolen by auto driver in bangalore I sent a claim to New India insurance company which handles claims for spice mobiles shops
they rejected claim because police complaint did not have the word theft on it -- is it my fault if police refuse to put theft on their firs because their unsolved case records will become higher
These insurance companies are scheming together and fleecing customers - please beware...

mediclaim policy
i have taken a mediclaim policy for my parents, which i was continuing from last 4/5 years and the instalments were deposited through agent.
the instalment of the policy was due in august and even after mty repeted calls and follow up the agaent did not responded and after 2 days he says that my policy has lapsed and i will have to apply for the fresh policy.
this instance has really shattered my faith...
