I'm Sony experia mobile consumer And my phone was insured by Your Company ( new india mobile care pvt. ltd.)
But I was faced some issue in my phone on 2nd sep. 2014. at that time i was submit my phone in your company for the repair purpose, but still on 14 jan 2015 i did got my phone from your side, I'm really Frustrated by your service, And I'm Mailing You With lots of hope That You will take a strong action in this matter, Other wise I'll not recommend to anyone will take your service, and Also I'll Take a strong Action ( May be go in consumer form )
