Dear Sir, I have purchased phone from Smart Phones Store, Distt. Centre New Delhi on 29 Aug 2014 (copy enclosed) and purchased Cashless Protection Plan Vide Plan ID No. NMC 74261 dtd 29 Aug 2014. The Phone is submitted for repair on 20 Nov 2014 through the Smart Phones Store, Distt. Centre New Delhi. The Phone is still awaited and there is no response from any end. 2. Kindly show us a path else we have to go @ Consumer Court because of your harassment plan and non responsive and & delay in duty . Arun Kumar Mob. [protected]
