Please take necessary action at earliest to resume service.
I made several calls. Customer care people reporting that it is already given to field team and they are working on it. I was supposed to receive call from them but no calls received yet. Today they are not taking call any more. I have maid advance payment also but still begging for services. This kind of attitude is not acceptable.
