This is very pathetic that you guys do not have any engineer to support from 7 PM to 10 AM.
Who is going to bear the financial loss that i incurred because of this and I have to be in office because I do not have internet at home in this heavy rainfall (of 31st Aug 2016 morning).
Will anyone tell me what is the issue? How long will it take?
I am waiting for the issue to be fixed its already 21 hrs passed now since I logged ticket. Can someone help me.
