Nextra Teleservices — Not getting refund of Security Deposit for last one year

I am surprised the way company is harassing me for refund of my security deposit for the last one year. I have contacted them at least for 26 times...GIVEN THEM BANK STATEMENT/GIVEN LATER FROM THE BANK.
WOULD REQUEST TO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.
