I have a broadband connection of nextra and on august 31, 2019 i raised a complaint (Ticket number: [protected]) about internet network is not working for me. After few ours one representative came and analyzed the issue. Before leaving he told me that some wire is missing outside which needs to be replaced to get this issue fixed. I requested to do the needful and if any help require from my side i am ready. He left and after 2 hours i got message that my complain number [protected] has been resolved. But sooner i realized that issue is still there so i called customer care again and asked about ticket status, she told that ticket has been resolved. I conveyed that my problem is still there, she apologized and told me that in next 2 hours your issue will get resolved.
On september 1, 2019 i again called customer care and enquirer about my issue and at this time they registered another complain (Ticket number: [protected]) and promised me that by the afternoon your issue will get resolved.in afternoon i got another message that ticket [protected] has been resolved but again issue was still there. Then i realized that nextra is very good in system to resolve customer issues as they closing their tickets on time irrespective of customer issue resolved or not. Their ticket resolution system is clean.
Then i again called customer care and at this time they again registered my third complain about same issue and this time ticket number was [protected]. Which is still pending same as issue.
In mean time i wrote my concern to nodal ([protected]@nextraworld.com) but no response from their side as well.
This is pathetic service and harassment of customer as customer has to do multiple follow ups for same issue as their ticketing system doesn't care about customer. Was this information helpful? |
