I had taken a broadband connection from Nextraworld. However I had lot of issues with their connection so I decided to terminate the connection in the middle of the month. However I was sent a bill for the entire month. After much negotiation the executive from Nextra asked me to pay around 60% of the bill, saying the rest would be waived off. I paid the amount and asked that the connection be terminated.
However I am still getting the bills for the connection I am not using. Now some other executive is calling up and threatening legal action. On asking him about the person who was speaking to me earlier, I am being told that the earlier executive is no longer with them.
The Nextraworld website has no contact details of any Customer Care Officer who could deliberate on the issue. Could you kindly advise regarding the proper forum where a complaint can be lodged. Was this information helpful? |
