This is to bring in your kind notice that i have raised a request for a nextra broadband disconnection on 23/june/2019 and customer care executive assured that within 7 working days our concerned team with contact you and in 30 days instrument will be collected. But i have not been contacted by anyone from nextra side plus no one came to collect the instrument.
I have already spoken to customer care 10 times regarding this and not to my surprise, always given a false commitment from them.
I request you to please look into this and do the needful.
