I have registered a complaint [protected] as the internet is not working since 27th September after noon but Nextras' team is not able to fix the issue. They dont understand that users are facing problems due to this as during this pandemic almost everyone is working from home and internet is needed. I have had a word with their supervisors as well but they dont seem to have any answer and they are not even ready to give the compensation for this for more than 2 days.
Nextra has provided the worst internet service and their support is pathetic as this is the second instance that has happened with me in past 1.5 months.
They ask us to recharge before month starts and then provide minimal services. Was this information helpful? |
