Nilkamal — Complaint about irresponsiveness of nilkamal authorised dealer for lounger sofa set defect

Dear Sirs,

I Purchased Nilkamal lounger sofa in Bhopal from your dealer Woodwing furnitures, Kolar Road Bhopal on 31.10.2021.

After 4 months o[censored]se, I found a major internal defect. On contacting NILKAMAL Customer care, they asked me to contact the dealer as will be attended by them only. They can not help in this regard. While contacting WOODWING FURNITURE, Bhopal they asked me to lodge a Complaint on Whatsapp number[protected] with photographs. Accordingly, a complaint was lodged to the dealer. Photographs and invoice copy are enclosed once again for your reference.

Regret to mention, now it's more than a week there is no response from either from Woodwing or Nilkamal despite several reminders.

Requesting you to arrange to attend to support me and oblige.

Dear Sirs,
Nilkamal representative picked up the lounger sofa from residence with an assurance to make it perfect but the same was returned back after a day in horrible condition.

Looking on to this restored lounger, it’s absolutely un-professional and very bad workmanship, de-shaped and deformed. I am extremely disappointed and ruined my expectations from a reputed company like Nilkamal.
As expressed, Sofa lounger in this is absolutely un-acceptable and I want to have complete replacement.
Kindly support me in this regard.
Photographs and vdo attached for your reference.

Previously also got a call from responsible manager and assured me that he will provide complete replacement. But on contrary sofa got restored in bad condition and returned back.

Requesting for amicable resolution and return / exchange of said lounger Sofa.
