[Resolved] Nilkamal — Item not delivered and customer care does not respond

Dear team, I have bought an item - order# 5709- nilkamal spacio computer table (Black) 21.5 kg Sku code: ispaccomtblbwl worth ₹5100 on may 25, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by june 6, 2020. But it is not delivered. On website also i do not find any option to track it. Now, i sent mail to customer care in this regard but did not get any response. Neither their customer care number seems to be functional as no one picks up the call. After placing order i received confirmation mail that order is confirmed. Jun 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved This issue has not been resolved. The product I have ordered has not been delivered. Also when dialing to customer care, no support executive is getting connected and call is getting disconnected always. Even customer support is not responding to emails. How is this issue marked as resolve?? I would like to understand?? Dear team, request you to please look into issue on priority.
