Dear, I bought a Nilkamal crystal 2 door wardrobe on 27th January 2020, but I got the damaged product Since date-time Nilkamal customer care excused me in a various manner that it will replaced or returned but no one comes for this. After more than one year Pick Up person picked up the product on 8th April 2021, From date day I sent various mail to their concern team on their official mail but yet I do not get the refund, They all Nilkamal customer care wasted my time and money. Please help me to get my refund and compensation for wasting my time.
