I Purchased 4 Chairs today evening on 14th November 2021 from your store VR Enterprises in Hyderabad, after reaching home I noticed product is defective, it looks like holes/ open space at bottom is cut manually so it got several cuts at many places, even the open space is not having even 20% finishing. it looks like defective pieces has been manipulated manually & Sold..

Defective chairs are given to me, at Bottom it is cut manually to make open space (As per the design) as it looks like..

It looks some one is not fare on work & trying to damage the reputation on Nilkamal Brand.

Please take a call on it & enquire about it how it has been done & who is responsible for it & what is the motive

Please replace it Immediately..

Updated by Erfan Khan hyd I am attaching invoice copy, even I informed to dealer, he said you can use it no problem.
It may hurt while sitting, kids can also be harmed by sharp cuts
