I booked an office chair and table on the 21st of August, The nilkamal exclusive showroom owner said he would deliver the order on the 22nd August but he didn't. Then he called me and said he needs to book a new order which will take 1 week of time to deliver.
After one week 29th August When I called him and asked for the status then he said till now the order didn't deliver.
The next day he called me and requested to use the old product for sometime, once the new product is delivered, he will replace it. Then I agreed and he delivered the old product on 31st August to my home address.
From 31st August - 17th August every couple of days I asked for the status of the product and the owner didn't give me a clear picture about the delivery date. everytime he was saying it would take 2 more days to dispatch.
Finally he delivered a product (office chair/table) on 17th August which was damaged.
Then I asked to replace the product but he didn't agree and said Nilkamal was delivering this type of product and we can't do anything.
Then I contacted to customer care he has given me an area manager email id 'Manoj.[protected]@nilkaml.com' but that person didn't respond my email and when I conveying same to nilkamal customer care they are saying area manager is the right person. Tell me whom I need to contact.
