I had ordered a ergonomic chair on 3rd june that was supposed to be delivered on 19th june. But there is no sign of delivery. Neither is there any response on the call centre number nor is there any proper update on email. They are cheating customers. Order # 6098. Nilkamal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 29, 2020 Updated by shaiwalini I received the product on 27 june but was not assembled as installation was part of order.On next day only I called customer care but they never pick up the call.So I had initiated a mail to customer care for installation. No response has been received by Nilkamal. Dont know what to do with this unassembled product .
