Hi Team,
We have ordered a office table and a chair through order no # 9095 on 7th of October but the product is still not yet delivered. We emailed the customer care multiple times on 13th Oct, 19th Oct and on 27th Oct but did not get any particular confirmation on when we will receive the product. Today we contacted the customer care they mentioned the particular products we oder are not in stock and they are not sure when it will get delivered. Its almost a month now and we are still not sure when we will get our product.
How can they say the product is not in stock, you can’t order if the product if it is out of stock. Need immediate support to get the product delivered. Was this information helpful? |
