Dear team, I have bought an item - order# 5327-nilkamal thames mid back fabric chair (Maroon) Sku code: ommfabpshtn710mrn worth ₹4460 on may 04, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by may 22, 2020. But it is not delivered. On website also i do not find any option to track it. Now, i sent mail to customer care in this regard but did not get any response. Customer care receives a call when i call from different numbers but not my registered number. And then say the same gibberish. It will be delivered asap and we will reach back in 48 hours.
