Nilkamal — Poor quality of nilkamal weekender chairs

Madam/Sir, I have purchased a pair of chair from D mart Panvel, Maharashtra last year which is a Weekender Chair. However the quality of the chair is too bad and today one of its leg has broken. I feel that when a consumer purchases a branded item and that too a costly item it is with an expectation that it will last long. However, I am not satisfied with the performance of the weekender chair. I do not have the bill as no consumer expects that the chairs will break. Can I expect a replacement of the chair.
