[Resolved]  Noble Indane Bhubaneswar — Delay in getting refilled cylinder as Aadhar is linked

I am a consumer of Indane gas. My distributor, Nobel Indane, Bhubaneswar, is delaying me to provide refilled cylinder as my Aadhar is linked with my gas connection. Few months back they demanded to link Aadhar card with gas connection. I have linked my Aadhar with Gas connection and bank account to get subsidized cylinder. Now according to the distributor, consumer having aadhar card linked with their gas connection will get refilled cylinder late.Not only me, consumers whose gas connections are linked with their Aadhar are facing the same issue. This leads to the customer reliablity issue and poor customer satisfaction index. As per my knowledge, there is no such rule for Aadhar linked consumer will get refilled cylinder post the consumer whose aadhar is not linked. Distributor is not booking my refilled cylinder as my gas connection is linked to Aadhar. Please help me to get the refilled cylinder ASAP.
