Nokia Care — Delay Delivery | |||
Sir, I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 through online from Snapdeal. Order No. [protected] on 25th April 2015, Item Code : LA129838. But after the use of 3 (three) months, my mobile has been hang and automatically switch ON/OFF then I submitted the Microsoft Mobile service center on 27th July 2015 and Service center was given me a Service Jobsheet including Jobsheet Number :[protected]/150727/002 and Delivery Date is 20th August 2015 but till today the 7th September 2015 I didn't get my device. Whenever I call to Service center, they didn't give me proper answer, the customer care executive always told me that you will get your device within two days, within one week etc. but still today I didn't get my device after then I was call to Microsoft Customer Care Center and complain them for this harassment (Complain No. [protected]) but result the same. 4 (Four) times I called them and the Customer Care Executive name was Shiva, Saurav, Pankaj and one another person I don't know his name always told me that between today 7 PM, within 3 hours technical person will call you but no one can contact me. Now what shall I do for that matter. If you give me proper way for solve this problem and getting my device than I am very much thankful to you.
