Nokia India — nokia 216 dual sim

I have purchased a nokia 216 mobile phone through flipkart 3 months back. The main reason behind my choice is its big phonebook facility. But i regret to find that the sound, reception, clarity of the phone very bad. Also while talking occasionally the phone stops. I have been using samsung ordinary phone previously for years and its call clarity always superb. Now what i want is to replace the phone (Tested fully from your lab). Or else would you give details of your nearby service centre in kerala. I am from kozhikode side. Expecting your prompt satisfied response.
