I am having nokia lumia 925. The phone was perfectly working and all of sudden it shut down. Firstly i assumed that it may due to low battery. When i plugged in it didn't start. I showed it at a care centre, they say it's a motherboard issue and it cost nearly rs.10, 000. Am i a fool spending a good amount on a phone and later facing such issue. I want it repaired free of cost. Why charge higher amount if you cannot deliver a good product.? I am hoping to get it resolved on fast track basis. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I encountered a problem last month in my nokia lumia 625 handset i.e. the flight mode gets automatically turned on.I have given my phone to your authorised service centre to repair but they couldn't solve the problem.I am clueless at this point of time, kindly reply me with a solution asap.
