Northern Railway — Not delivered my i-ticket to my home address since 3/4/15

I am awaiting for my Transaction ID : [protected] PNR
No. :[protected] booked on 3/4/15. Which is very urgent my railway ticket. I am
waiting at home since dt. 3/4/15 and your tracking is showing that one day
house locked and second day address un locatable. It is really very wrong.
Kindly deliver my i-ticket to my home address and oblige.
