Northern Railways — Refund for PNR No. [protected] | |||||
Hi concern, This mail is regarding the refund status for my pnr no.[protected]. Please note, i had filled tdr against the above mentioned pnr on january 27, 2017. The reason for filing the tdr was the train was late by more than 3 hours. I have repeatedly been following on the refund status at customer care, however i was told to wait for 3 months for the refund. As per now, the timeline of 3 months has been over, and i am still awaiting my refund. I am following up with indian railways since last one month but not getting any revert from there end. As per confirmation from [protected]@irctc.com issue is lying with northern railways for approval. Request you to kindly help in closing the matter on priority. Thanks in advance!!!
