NSDL issue PAN no.-ALEPK5099C for 2 persons so after request NSDL cancelled my PAN No.-ALEPK5099C and I am handover pan card by speed post to NSDL. NSDL issue me a new PAN card but it was not updated by bank, they required cancellation letter of old PAN card. So please send me a cancellation letter of PAN no.-ALEPK5099C.

i filled the application for name and address, DOB change in my PAN Card...But
I have not received my pran card till today...
Below is the reference no. for change in Name of PAN Card :

Requesting you to kindly look into the issue and issue the amended PAN Card at earliest.
