NSDL — Regarding proof of delivery of documents on 23th May 2015 | |||
Dera Sir, I Gopa Mitra sent all the related documents with Acknowledge No.[protected] for pan on 21st May 2015 from DTDC Courier with Shipment No. K78821178 and it was Delivered on 23rd May 2015 at NSDL Company with Seal.But, when i check the status of my pan card it shows i had not sent the supporting documents.i also called number of times to the customer care and they are telling me please give a call after 3 days, and from 41 days i was giving call and sending mail of if proof of delivery but the only giving me time and telling me send the documents again.so i am sending proof of delivery with this message.Please take a action against NSDL for misbehaviour, harassing and for loosing my documents.
