I order products from nykaa worth rs 1927 and from that 2 products worth rs 1525 and 399 are missing. I also created a refund request and they rejected the same saying that as per them the products are delivered from their side. I lost my money. Please help me get my hard earned money back. Iam a loyal customer to nykaa never expected such cheating from them....

The product they have sent is not a Signaxo brand and they have sent some cheap no name brand which is clearly visible in the photo I had attached to them. I did not know that Nykaa is a fake unreliable...

I placed the order on 17th august. It was supposed to be delivered by 21st august. The order has come to Hyderabad. But, it is stuck somewhere in Hyderabad. It keeps on showing "On hold. Destination unable to receive Hyderabad_Shamshbd_H (Telangana)" message. Please look into and deliver the order as soon as possible.

I have ordered a foundation from nykaa on 27 july it was supposed to delivered by 28 july but I didn’t receive anything from nykaa .and in website it was showing as product delivered.i contacted nykaa customer support and they investigated thus from their end then they get to know that the product was delivered to someone else . Extremely disappointed with the service. You guys are basically scamming people with your return policies.

I've already submitted a return request and it got rejected. I would like to know on what terms it got rejected. What do you expect me to do with a damaged product?

Had placed an order on pink Friday sale worth 3200 this guys didn’t send the product and now it’s been 5 days not a single response from their side...

Ordered 2 products from Nykaa on 18th June 2022. Without any proper reason product are not delivered to me till 1st week of July. So I raised cancellation request for my order which is accepted on 12th July 2022. After that I there is no refund is issued to me till today. I tried more than 4 times to connect with Nykaa customer care regarding status of my refund but they just say will receive in next 48 hours. Also they are not able to share...

I cancelled my order because of the wrong address I have provided, the item reached at nykka warehouse within 4days. However I have not received my refund yet.
The customer service is worst of its kind don't know how to communicate at all. They are saying constantly it's stuck in our end please wait for 2, 3 days. I did. But no i didn't recieve my refund.

You can't grow nykka with this kind of service....

I’ve made payment debit card n the payment has done n the amount is debit from my account. Also got transaction ref. Number but still order has not been placed. No order no number, no email, no order details are appearing in nykaa account. They haven’t send any msg or email that order has placed. All the items still in my cart.
